Jessica Xan DeLoach, President
Jessica DeLoach’s service to the Young Democrats of Arkansas started in 2005 when she was named the Vice President of Fundraising and Recruitment for the UALR Young Democrats. During this time, she was also appointed to serve as Chief-of-Staff to the President of the Young Democrats of Arkansas. The following year, DeLoach was selected to serve as chair of the community service branch of the College Democrats of Arkansas. Once her term ended as a UALR Vice President, she ran a successful campaign for the presidency of the UALR Young Democrats — an office she filled for two terms.
In the spring of 2010, Jessica was elected to her current position as the national committeewoman to the Young Democrats of Arkansas, where she represented the statewide organization on a national level at all YDA conventions and kept members of the Young Democrats of Arkansas connected with relevant national news and policy endeavors.Outside of the Young Democrats of Arkansas, Jessica also serves as the Vice Chair of Community Service for the Young Democrats of America and is currently working on both the fundraising and program committees for the 2011 YDA National Convention that is to be held in Louisville, Kentucky in July.
Jessica was born and raised in El Dorado, Arkansas, where she attended public school before studying theater, political science and liberal studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and philanthropy and voluntary service at Georgetown University.
In 2011, DeLoach was appointed to serve on the Alternative Energy Commission for the state of Arkansas.
Outside of her service to the Young Democrats of Arkansas and the Young Democrats of America, Jessica serves on the board for the Arkansas Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty and the board of the Dreamland Ballroom.

Molly Miller, Vice President
Molly is now serving in her second term as Vice President of the Young Democrats of Arkansas. As a former Vice-President of the College Democrats of Arkansas, Molly has been actively engaged in Arkansas politics ever since her arrival to our great state from Oklahoma and has worked on various campaigns -- most recently for Elliott for Congress in 2010. Miller also served as the Ad Hoc Legislative Advocacy Committee Chair for YDAR in 2011, as event chair for "Honor Congressman Snyder's Service" in 2010 and as the Jefferson-Jackson After-Dark Volunteer Coordinator in 2009. In 2011, Miller earned a degree in Politics from Hendrix College and is now enrolled in the UAMS Graduate Program in Public Administration.

Caleb Baumgardner, Secretary/Treasurer
Caleb Baumgardner has been a member of the Young Democrats of Arkansas since 2008, when he attended his first YDAR State Convention. Since that time he served as Vice President of the UALR Young Democrats for a term and Vice President of the Pulaski County Young Democrats for a term. He has served on both the state and executive committees of the Young Democrats of Arkansas and also served as Chief of Staff to YDAR President Chris Burks. In spring of 2011 Baumgardner was elected to his current position as YDAR's Secretary/Treasurer.
